CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE?
You can return items purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment.To be eligible for return:

  • Merchandise must be unworn/unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
  • All original tags attached and original packaging must accompany the item(s).
  • Online returns must include a return authorization (RA) number.

Exclusions:

  • Final sale merchandise. This includes: any items on sale, fanzines, stationery, and specialty items.
  • Any returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.

We do not offer price adjustments or exchanges.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE?
E-mail SHOP@BASTARDFANZINE.COM with your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return to be issued a return authorization (RA) number.Any merchandise returned to The BASTARD Marketplace without an RA will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee of 30% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping.
HOW DO I GET IT BACK TO YOU?
Returns are free! We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and return instructions along with your RA number. Please reuse the packaging that your order was sent to you in, and make sure all existing shipping labels are removed to avoid complications with your delivery.In the event that a customer chooses their own return shipping method, BASTARD fanzine is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
