- Merchandise must be unworn/unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
- All original tags attached and original packaging must accompany the item(s).
- Online returns must include a return authorization (RA) number.
- Final sale merchandise. This includes: any items on sale, fanzines, stationery, and specialty items.
- Any returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
